Evolve Nutrition

This place is a hidden gem next to the Stability CrossFit box! Best protein shakes around, they give you a complementary rice cake with your shake. There are to go specialty packets with different drink products inside for only $10 and there’s about 5-6 things in them to try, so definitely grab one of those too! You can mix them altogether or have them separately and encourage me to drink my water! Also, they serve teas packed with some energy to get your day going, hot or iced. The family that runs this business are extremely welcoming and community health focused. The atmosphere is lovely and sometimes the kiddos will hang out together in the mornings while they get their own shakes with their parents. Super fun and inviting and don’t forget to order their one of a kind protein waffles! They are incredible, and like the shakes, they are low in calories, and high in nutritional protein.

Evolve Nutrition is hands down one of the best nutrition shops around! We were outside doing construction in the heat, and the owners went above and beyond by giving us free drinks and offering us complimentary teas throughout the day. That kind of kindness and hospitality says a lot about the people who run this place. On top of their amazing customer service, their drinks and food are incredible. Everything tastes great, is healthy, and leaves you feeling full and satisfied without making you feel bloated or weighed down. It's the perfect place if you're looking for something nutritious that actually keeps you going. Great owners, outstanding service, and high-quality products. I highly recommend stopping by Evolve Nutrition—you won't be disappointed!

Yummm! The drinks are always delicious (today I tried sugar cookie 😋!) and received a free green tea with it. The people are also extremely friendly. They are currently redoing the shopping center, but the inside of the store is adorable and welcoming! Very fairly priced.

The owner is really friendly and well-informed about what he serves. I tried the Dirty Banana and was back within a week for another. It was delicious. They have many different flavors to choose from but I recommend anyone to try the Dirty Banana, at least once.

I love Evolve nutrition. The owners are so warm and welcoming . More importantly the energy teas and meal replacement shakes are delicious. I regularly get a shake ( 30 flavors available) for lunch. It sustains me all day until I get home for dinner. 240 calories and 20 g of protein. Can’t beat it.
